I printed the shipping label before I packed and after packed the package is heavier that the label states. Do I have to contact eBay to refund and print another label or can I pay the difference at the post office? Thanks For any help I can Get!

Void the label and buy a new one.

Go to Manage shipping labels - opens in new window or tab.
Find the item you'd like to void the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select Void Label.
Choose your reason for voiding the label.
Select Send request.

The refund takes about 3 weeks.

Then go to your manage shipping labels and click purchase another label.
