Shipping 2 orders as 1

Question

I recently shipped 2 items that the buyer bought separately than specificity asked if I could take of shipping on 1 to put them together in the same box. Now the box has shipped and it says only ones one with the shipping label has been delivered. The buyer doesn’t know what to do.

@mikemike26 There is no way for your buyer to mark the item as delivered. They can leave feedback though which does help.

You should mark them as shipped from the drop-down list to the right, here:
https://www.ebay.com/mys/sold

Then, if you wish, you can gently encourage your buyer to leave feedback for you. (Being too pushy can backfire.)

Next time, combine the orders before you ship.

- If the buyer pays for more than 1 item separately, you can combine the orders before selecting a label using the "bulk shipping" tool on the browser.

Put a checkmark to the left of your items on this page

Select "Shipping" above
On the next screen it will ask if you want to 'combine' the orders. Check that box.

Enter the weight and dimensions for the package and print your label.
