How do I adjust shipping cost so I can put all three items in one box?

Mentor2 years agoIf they haven't paid yet, figure out what to charge for shipping using the calculator - https://www.ebay.com/shp/Calculator - then select send invoice next to one of the items in your sold list. Change the shipping and send.
If they have already paid for each item individually, use bulk shipping to create 1 label - https://gslblui.ebay.com/gslblui/bulk - select the orders and click combine. Enter the new weight and dimensions and purchase your label. Then figure out how much to refund. In your sold orders, select refund next to one of the items and send the refund. Split it over 2 items if needed.
