I have an item I need to ship today and can not get a label because it is telling me the buyers address isn't valid. I sent them a message but haven't heard and now I will have to ship it late which will ding my account. What should I do?

Mentor2 years agoYou can cancel the transaction using the reason that there is an issue with the buyer's address using the option in the dropdown next to the order.
Contact the buyer to let them know that since you hadn't heard back from your previous message, you had to cancel the transaction, but you'll be happy to hold the item and relist it for them so they can repurchase with the correct the address if they contact you by <end of day on Sunday, or whatever day you're willing to wait until>.
