I shipped using a label bought thru ebay tracking was posted. Item shows delivered to side porch. Buyer says they didn't get it. My funds are on hold and I'm not getting any response on ebay and the auto chat is useless. What do i do?

If the buyer filed a Refund Request due to Item Not Received, respond to the return request with the tracking number & tracking information.
