I was charged $5.60 for shipping on an item (Razor). USPS won't deliver because there is a remaining shipping charge of $5.65. USPS said the person sent the item in a bigger box and priority, which ended up with double the shipping cost.
Do I have any recourse for refund? and if so how should I proceed.
