    DOES PREPARING A SHIPPING LABEL AND REGISTERING A TRACKING NUMBER IN EBAY'S SHIPPING CONSTITUTE A REAL AND PROPERLY SATISFYING SOULTUION FOR BUYERS ?

    IT MAY MEET EBAY'S CRITERION, BUT MANY SELLERS PROVIDE THAT TRACKING NUMBER AND DO NOT HAND OVER THE ITEM TO THE CARRIER WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME !

    I HAVE ENCOUNTERED SELLERS WHO MAY HOLS PACKAGES FOR AS MANY AS TEN DAYS BEFORE HANDING THEM OVER TO THE CARRIER !

    What creates a satisfying buyer experience is receiving the item by the estimated delivery date shown on the item listing. It doesn't matter when the label is created.

     

    Every seller sets his own handling time, and that is built into the estimated delivery date.

     

    If a seller has a 4 day handling time, does it really make a difference to you if he creates the label on day 1 or day 4 as long as you receive the item by the estimated delivery date?
