    I sold an item that states buyer pays shipping, but unfortunately I did not provide a shipping estimate.  How do I contact buyer to tell her the shipping costs?

    Both items you recently sold had shipping defined - you can not list an item without shipping.  You can not ask the buyer for more now. The buyer’s payment included the shipping that you had in your listing.

     

    Always weigh and measure your items in their shipping boxes before listing to avoid under charging in the future.
