shippin address

Question

Ebay didn't send me the winning bidders shipping address and you can't get/give contact info so I can't figure out how to ship the item

In the Seller Hub if it says Awaiting Payment they won but haven't paid yet. When they pay then it will say Awaiting Shipment. Then you make the label. The shipping address will show.

If they don't pay then on day 5 cancel the transaction for not paying. Put the buyer on your Blocked Bidder List and relist.

@wbrince1 When the buyer pays for the item through Ebay, Ebay will notify you with the buyer's address. You can see the status of the order in your Seller Hub: https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord

@wbrince1 r u saying when u click on print label for the purchase, there is no send to address?
