Shipper returned item to seller, address not completed.
Buyer has wrong address on their eBay account. Shipped item was returned, missing apt #
who pays to ship again and how can the buyer pay?

Mentor6 months agoThe buyer needs to repay in order to reship since they are responsible for keeping their SHIP TO address up to date and accurate. You can give the buyer your Paypal email address to send you the shipping money, or you can ask for the buyer's Paypal email address and you can send a Paypal invoice. You can then use Paypal to print the new shipping label.
