Shipper reluctant to give me a refund .

Question

I ordered a computer OS installation disc. When I opened the plastic box, there was NO disc. Just a booklet and product license key, that's all. The seller claims the item was sealed in the plastic box, when in fact the plastic seals had already been cut. I opened it, empty. I just want my money back, that's all. Please help, it's $117.73 we're talking about.

If the listing described a disc, and you did not receive a disc, then open a Return request from within your Purchase History. Select the reason "doesn't match description or photos", and provide a photo of what you did receive. The seller will have three days to respond with a return label or discount.
