Shipper did not send out item, reposted at a higher price
I made a purchase on Jan 21st for a precious metal. The next day or so the price of silver jumped. The shipper neglected to send me my item or cancel my order. Poster has kept my money and has reposted the item I paid for at a higher price. What can I do? The item was a gift for my daughter and it’s been paid for. This feels wrong.
