Shipper changed shipper

Question

Seller won't ship to a po box, I give physical address. Shipper turns item over to post office . Post office does not deliver to my physical address. Ebay won't refund...Ebay won't allow either/or address..w/o knowing who planns to deliver, how can I know how to address?

@charlemosele0 It is the buyers responsibility to provide a valid address at checkout. You can ask sellers before buying what shipping method they will use and let them know that only certain shippers will deliver to your home address.

I do know that too many sellers block PO boxes when they don't need to. The only time they need to block PO boxes is when selling Authenticity Guaranteed items, or shipping with Fed Ex or UPS.
