Shipped wrong quantity
How do I ship an extra item I forgot to include in the box that was already shipped . I need to create a new label and pay for it but can’t see how . Or is the only way for me to refund and have the buyer reorder it it he wants too.

Mentor8 months agoYou can go to Seller Hub > Orders > Paid & shipped
Locate the transaction, click the 3 dots, click to Print Another Label. Enter the weight/dimensions and print out the label.
