Shipped wrong package
I accidentally switched the labels on 2 packages, and my buyers received the wrong item. This is the first time I have ever done this. One buyer still wants the original item so far. Looking for suggestions on how to correct this mistake quickly

Mentor1 year agoThis is the message I usually send the buyer. It does explain what you need to do.
It's possible the seller accidentally switched shipping labels. Do you have an item in your Purchase history that you have not yet received? If so, use the CONTACT SELLER link and ask the seller if he shipped the item you received. If s/he did, you can select to Return the item because it is Not as Described. The seller accepts the return and supplies a prepaid return shipping label. You ship the item back, the seller refunds you, and then relists the item you purchased so you can buy it again.
