Shipped wrong item
I had two amps for sale. A 5 channel and a 7 channel. Someone bought the 5 channel, but I shipped the 7 channel by mistake. Now someone purchased the 7 channel but I only have the 5 channel! The buyer never contacted me to say I shipped the wrong one, what do I do?

Mentor10 months agoThere is little you can do. eBay cannot force the buyer to return the wrong one since it was your error. Is it easy to tell the difference between the two items? The buyer may not know they have the wrong one.
Have you ask the buyer to return the wrong one if you sent a pre-paid shipping label?
