Mentor2 years agoAsk the buyer to open a not as described return so you can issue a return label.
It is safest to refund when received, then let the buyer purchase the item again, since eBay is going to expect you to refund the return. If you ship the replacement now, you need to ask the buyer to close the return as soon as they receive the replacement to avoid refunding.
