Shipped with Counterfeit Postage?
I've purchsed an item from a seller with a 99% rating. The item was shipped and currently in New Jersey. When I checked the USPS tracking number, it said it can't be tracked due to the postage being labeled as counterfeit, yet the item was able to be shipped. It's supposed to arrive Monday. What are my options about this counterfeit claim?

Go to the Order Details for this transaction. That should show you the estimated delivery date. Once it is one day past that date, open an Item Not Received refund request on eBay.
The Seller is required to respond within three business days with either a valid tracking number showing it's in transit or a full refund. If they do not, on the 4th day, go back to your request and ask eBay to step in and force the refund from the Seller.
