What does shipped untracked mean?

Mentor5 months agoIt sounds like you might be shipping items in a plain white envelope, or manilla envelope and paying with stamps. That method is untracked. You need to ship using USPS ground advantage/media mail/priority, or UPS or Fed Ex. Those services all receive tracking numbers. For untracked packages, if a buyer files an Item Not Received case, you will end up refunding item price + shipping because you have no proof that the package was delivered.
