Shipped twice for 1 order

Question

I need help! Iâ€™m very new to selling (this week new) I had an order for some canisters. I evidently printed off the label for UPSP. Then forgot or got confused and took the order to UPS and paid there to have it shipped. So I have paid twice for the order to be shipped. The customer has the items ans loves it. The problem is the tracking the the usps that I printed and didnâ€™t use. My money is now on hold and I canâ€™t figures how to get the problem resolved and or how to contact eBay to expl...

You can void the USPS label you did not use and get refunded.

Go to your shipping labels page and find the unused label. In the drop down actions menu is the option to void the label. You have 28 days to void USPS, UPS, and FedEx labels. A USPS label will take up to 21 days for them to verify it was not used and send your refund. More details on the page below.

You need to add the UPS tracking number to your order so you have proof of delivery. Go back to the order and in the menu is the option to add tracking.

This may or may not have any affect on your payment hold. All new sellers will have payment holds up to 30 days.
