I'm not sure how but I apparently printed the wrong label and it went to the wrong location. How do I remedy this?

OP10 months agoThe wrong buyer informed me he has it but isn't cooperative in shipping it back to me or to the correct buyer. I will gladly purchase another label to send from his location if it can somehow be facilitated. I'm willing to pay to have it picked up at his house if necessary.

Mentor10 months agoThe person that received the wrong item is not required to return the item. Have you offered to send them a prepaid return shipping label so they can return it to YOU?
According to USPS, recipients are allowed to keep or throw away unsolicited items.
