Shipped to wrong address
I shipped an item to the wrong buyer. I contacted the party right away and he said he would reship the item when he receives it. I then sent him a post paid label. He then asked me to send him a photo and how much I want for the item because maybe he would rather keep it. I kindly told him that would not be possible. He has now received the item and the item he purchased from me and has not responded to my emails, nor has he shipped the item to the rightful owner. Now what can I do? Will ebay step in and give the party a nudge or do I just refund the original party?
