Shipped to Seller outside eBay Shipping

Hello and thanks in advance. I am a newer seller and have a buyer that has purchased several items from my basic store. We did ship first through eBay okay but since realized he occasionally comes to my area, so we have also done local pickup. So now I have a few orders he purchased that were shipped together to save shipping but were not through ebay shipping. Buyer has received and is okay with purchase but we don't see how to finish the sale on either end to show received. I took one sale and...

Go to Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting shipment

Locate the orders and enter the tracking number for each item. For the one you marked Unshipped, see if there is an option to mark shipped and enter the tracking number.

When you ship outside of eBay you need to enter the tracking number into the purchase details so eBay can see when the item(s) were delivered. Without tracking proof your funds will be held for 30 days. Once you enter the tracking number into the shipped packages you will need to call customer service and have them manually check the tracking status to start the payout process. When you unchecked shipped your account earned a late shipping defect which is not good.
