Shipped the wrong item. The buyer will keep the wrong item, and I shipped the correct item.
The buyer submitted a Return Request because I shipped the wrong item. The buyer agreed to keep the wrong item, and I shipped the correct item today. Ebay let me enter the Tracking Number for the correct item, but I don't see this option offered as a way to resolve the problem.

Mentor3 years agoThe buyer can close/cancel the Returns Request once you upload the tracking for the correct item, or receives the correct item.
