Shipped something with different shipping numbers
Sold something on my eBay account could not print out shipping label. Had to go to the post office to get new shipping label. This is the number I use to ship product with not the one that’s on my post

You need to manually type the tracking number from the Post Office receipt on the sold item to be protected.
For the label you purchased and are not using you can Cancel it on this page and your account will be credited in 21 days or less. Track and manage your shipments
You have 28 days to Cancel that fist label.

Mentor1 year agoGo to your sold list and find the item. In the drop down menu should be a place to change the tracking number.
