shipped package and have not received my refund,

Shipped back item and eBay said all is refundable, take this option and once shipped we will refund in 3 days. Have not head from anyone and its been over 7 days. Tracking says out for delivery....this item was covered by eBay.

If you filed a Return Request on Ebay and used the shipping label that was provided, you should receive your refund when the seller receives the returned item.

If you do not receive the refund after the seller has received it, you can go back to your return request and ask Ebay to step in to help you.

Find the item in your Purchases.
Select See return details
Select Ask eBay to step in and help.
Select a reason from the dropdown menu, then select Confirm.
