What generally happens if a seller mails out an order and it is lost by the shipping carrier (I.e. lost in transit-never delivered)?

What generally happens if a seller mails out an order and it is lost by the shipping carrier (I.e. lost in transit-never delivered)?

Mentor1 year agoSeller fully refunds the buyer and if there was insurance on the package you file a claim with the shipping carrier. Most packages shipped through the eBay shipping center will have $50 to $100 of insurance automatically but it depends on the class of service used to ship the item.
