Shipped order/ customer recived/ eBay not update yet
I shipped an order for my client using the XPO shipping service, and the tracking number was provided to the eBay app. The customer received the package and everything is fine, but it has not updated in the eBay app, even though shipping was completed. Please help me, and how can I update it?

Mentor3 weeks agoIf the tracking never updates, and the buyer never files a case, you should receive your payout after 31 days from the last estimated delivery date.
