Shipped on 4/10, but shipping is stuck on "In Transit to Next Facility, Arriving late"
I shipped an expensive package on April 10th. Fully ensured through eBay. The tracking hasn't updated and this is an unusually expensive package for me. These are the last updates:

The buyer has "100% positive feedback (74)" with both items sold and bought, some recently. The buyer has a different name and phone number than that on the shipping label. Their name includes an identifier code after the persons last name like "LWOKMAEA". The address does pop up in other searches as a reshipper location on Google and other eBay help searches: "13822 NE Airport Way Portland, OR"
I can't contact USPS since "The address provided is the location of a third-party reshipper. Items addressed to a third-party reshipper are not eligible for further inquiry. For further assistance with this issue, please contact the third-party reshipper."
The package requires signature on delivery per eBay's terms and the buyer hasn't reached out yet, but I am not sure if I am okay or if I am screwed. Do I have to wait until the package gets to the original person abroad(which make no sense)?

Go to
Seller Hub > Orders > Paid & shipped
Locate the order. Click on the tracking number to be taken to the carrier's website. Look for the link to enter your email address to be sent updated tracking information. Usually that action will update the tracking with Delivered, hopefully.
