shipped multiple items to one buyer

Good morning all.I am not very knowledgeable of this platform and I it use only on occasion. This past week I shipped 3 items to same buyer after he paid for them and shipping cost. I was trying to save them some shipping fees so I mailed them together and proceeded to issue partial refunds for the second and third item. Looking at the tracking they have received them yesterday. Ebay released the funds for the first item but not for the 2nd and 3rd items. I don't know how do I get them to releas...

If the three items were all auction listings that the buyer won, your payment setting prevented you from being able to send them a combined shipping invoice. Click on the link below

when the page opens scroll down until you see Buyer Rules. under that, If the box for;

Require buyers to provide a payment method before they place a bid

is checked that's why you cannot offer combined shipping and send the items in one box.

Unchecking that for those like items will allow buyers to request a combined shipping invoice so all items purchased can be shipped in one box and tracking number.

About the only way to get the funds released would be to contact your buyer, tell them that your payment for the two items that did not have tracking numbers is being held by ebay, and ask them to leave you positive feedback for all three items.
