Shipped item returned - insufficient address
I had a purchase returned to me with insufficient address. How do I request additional shipping costs to send again? That is, once I get a better address.

-The Buyer loses their Money Back Guarantee when an item is not delivered and returned to the Sender
-eBay has not process that would allow you to charge or invoice the Buyer for more money outside the original transaction.
-You can refund the item price but not the original shipping the Buyer paid and let them know the item will be Relisted and if they update their address they can purchase it again.
-If you don't want to risk another issue with that customer you can add them to your blocked list on this page: Buyer management | eBay

OP1 year agoThank you for your prompt reply! I appreciate the information. I've been selling for over 20 years and this is the first item returned to me for insufficient address. I guess that is a pretty good record!
