Shipped Item not scanned by USPS after delivery
Buyer says item was in their apartments mail room. USPS mail person didn't scan delivery. Payment is on hold.
Anything I can do besides file a claim/investigation by USPS? eBay 'help' isn't obvious and not geared towards sellers...
