Shipped Item marked as Return to Sender, but the Buyer was able to recieve the item before Returned
This is the first of this issue I've had so far as a seller - the buyer reached out to let me know that the shipment was marked as return to sender. They went to their USPS office directly and were able to pick up the shipment after paying an additional cost. The problem I'm realizing however, is that the item is not marked as delivered, and instead its last tracking update still reads as "Return to Sender". Does this mean the funds for the transaction will not be released? What is my course of action in this scenario? Appreciate any help and clarity. Thanks!
