Shipped item, mail lost it, a month later it showed up as delivered
I'm a seller that shipped an item that was lost by the mail, we thought, I gave a total refund after 2 weeks, another 2 weeks pass and tracking shows it was delivered, I messaged the buyer and she said it never showed up. So I'm wondering if I can get my money back for the items,

Mentor1 year agoUnfortunately, no, if the buyer is not willing to reimburse you. That is one reason I try to delay refunding, just in case the item is delayed and does show up.
