Shipped item, item received, yet eBay forced me to refund them
How do I go about getting my money back on an item I sold to a buyer, buyer received item, yet they somehow got eBay to refund their purchase, kept the item, and eBay took the funds from my bank account?

Mentor1 year agoIf the buyer filed a not received refund request AND you have tracking that shows delivery contact customer service to appeal.
Here's how to contact eBay general customer service:
eBay agents are working from home so you have to request a call back or live chat.
1. CLICK THIS LINK:

2. Request a call back
Monday to Sunday 5:00 am to 09:30 pm PST
3. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media. Customer service verifies your identity before responding.

Mentor1 year agoThat scenario sounds like the buyer filed a returns request, but you declined, or did not reply within the 3 days given. If so, if the buyer then goes to the returns request and clicks Ask ebay to step in, ebay can then refund the buyer, you do not get the FVF credited, and a defect is recorded on your account for an unresolved transaction. The funds come from your account, and the buyer does not need to return the item. Does this sound familiar?
