Shipped item has not been delivered
Item shipped but tracking shows no movement since 5/9, not received by buyer. I refunded buyer but I’m out the money and the product.

How did you ship it?
If you shipped by USPS and it does not show delivered, you can file an insurance claim if you shipped ground advantage or Priority mail.
Use a screen shot of the order page to show value of the item.
Whenever the PO messes up and this happens to orders I ship, I promptly file the claim and I get a check from the Post Office when they don't pony up the package.
