Shipped item delivered but never scanned
I shipped an item with USPS to a customer and it was delivered to them but USPS never scanned the package so it doesn't show in the tracking. Under my orders page it just shows as shipped. Do I need to worry about this for any reason? Will it show as an incomplete order even though the customer confirmed they received the item?
