shipped item broken by postal service
I shipped 5 glass lampshades to the buyer. I wrapped then with extreme care. I marked the box fragile and glass. One item was cracked in shipping...even the buyer says they were wrapped perfectly. Will ebay cover refunding her money or do I have to lose money. I dont think she can find a matching piece the set was at least 30 years old
