I shipped an item that was paid for. Buyer received the item. Ebay still shows the item didn't ship. How do I fix this?

I shipped an item that was paid for. Buyer received the item. Ebay still shows the item didn't ship. How do I fix this?

Mentor3 years agoDid you upload the tracking number for the package? If you use ebay to print the label, the tracking would be automatically uploaded. Did you have the label scanned at the post office? If so, the tracking would show the USPS accepted the package, then the package should show in transit.
I suggest you click on the tracking number to be taken to USPS.CON. Then look for the link to enter your email address to get future information on the tracking. That often gets the package moving or gets the information from USPS updated.
