Shipped both rings in one package and have questions about other label not used
Hi I had a lady by two separate rings on the same day so obviously I put them in the same package and it’s still showing that I need to ship ship one of them. I told the lady that I’d figure it out to where she would only have to pay for one one shipping label and or I would pay for it so I’m just wondering how I can get her back the money for the second shipping label that I didn’t use

Use the Send refund option in the dropdown (click the three dots) next to the transaction in your Orders list. You can specify the amount of the refund, select a reason, and add an optional note for the buyer.

OP3 weeks agoThank you for responding! And if I do what you told me to do, does that affect like the sale or getting paid or anything like that? Basically she gets her shipping back and that’s it!? I already marked it as shipped, which it is shipped, but yeah, I didn’t know how to get the money back or get her the money back thank you! I’m just new at this and haven’t done especially this before

There is no impact on the sale or getting paid. Your buyer gets the refund and you receive a fee credit for the amount of the refund.
Be sure to enter the tracking # onto the second order transaction.
