Shipped and returned item stll showing "Ship now to get your refund - print label"
Seller accepted return and I printed a label from the email sent. I shipped item and USPS tracking shows it was returned/delivered to seller. However, my ebay return info still says "Ship now to get your refund" - "print label" and indicates that it hasn't shipped.
I've never seen this in all my years on ebay.
I'm hoping someone can help with this!

Mentor3 years agoGo back to the return case and enter the tracking # for the return. If you haven't been refunded within 2 days after delivery to the seller, you can go back to the case and ask eBay to step in.
