Shipped and he didn't pay me

Okay so this guy wanted to purchase something from you we talked on the phone and we agreed to do the deal however when I shipped it he never sent money what can I do now it's $700

There is nothing that you can do through eBay since you shipped without making sure the buyer paid. See if you can have the package intercepted by the shipper. There is usually a fee to do this but there is no guaranty that the interception will work.

Was the purchase actually made through eBay or did you just ship the item on the promise of a payment?
