Shipped an item to buyer. It's late and still showing in transit
Does anyone know how to resolve a shipping issue when a package is late? The item I sent to the seller from the US to Canada, using eBay shipping, was supposed to arrive on August 7th, but still shows "In transit" when tracked.
Ebay is only giving me the option of refunding the buyer, but if it was lost in shipping I should have some recourse to claim insurance or something.
Can anyone help out with suggestions?
