shipped an item through Ebay International Shipping but it went wrong
Hello,
I shipped an item through Ebay International Shipping and it made it to the Ebay Hub in Glendale Heights, IL on April 30, 2025. However on May 7th it now states "Unable to deliver". The exact message on Ebay is "Carrier refuses to ship item forward" Unfortunately, your item cannot be delivered due to an issue at our shipping hub.
MY questions are as follows: will this be returned to me and if not am I responsible for reimbursing the buyer. I fell badly for him but I am not sure what to do. Any assistance is appreciated. Thanks

Mentor1 year agoDo not refund, EIS will handled the problem. EIS will make the refund and resell it.

OP1 year agoOh wow this will be perfect. As the seller, will I be notified? What about the buyer?

Mentor1 year ago@mooney7488. Buyer files a item not received refund request. eBay refunds the buyer.

Mentor1 year agoYes, buyer has to open a case, then EIS will take care of it and keep both you and the buyer updated.
