Shipped 2 items to same buyer
I used 1 of the shipping labels for a buyer who purchased 2 items. Now 1 items finds are held because the other label wasn’t scanned/tracked although the item is delivered. How do I get those funds released?

Mentor4 months agoGo to the order for the second item, click the 3 dots, click Item is shipped. Since there is no tracking number, ebay will most likely hold the payout for 30 days.

Locate the label, click the down-arrow, click Cancel/void label. You only have 28 days from the day the label was printed.
The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have determined the label was never used.
