Shipment tracking
I understood that tracking was included with shipping labels provided by ebay. I shipped an item to a buyer using the USPS label provided by ebay. I assumed that tracking was included. But there is no tracking number. The buyer and I are both worried. How can I address this?

Mentor10 months ago@wicome-0 That is very odd. We are waiting to hear back from you with the answer to the question that @rfmtm asked.
What shipping method did you use? I see that you had Ground Advantage on the listing but sellers can change that when they buy the shipping label.
Did you take the package to the post office and have it scanned in at the counter? Or did you just drop it off or have a mail carrier pick it up?
