Shipment to China Refunded because it is in Chinese Customs
Buy placed an order and selected shipping method and after it was shipped he requested and was given a refund because the tracking shows it is still in Chinese customs. Ebay refunded the whole purchase price and shipping without any opportunity for me to get an explanation. I tried to appeal the decision but the platform will not allow it.
