Shipment to Australia
I am in the US and have someone in Australia who wants to purchase from me. They tell me that they can't make payment because the eBay site says that I don't ship to Australia; however I have no shipping restrictions on my listing. I have shipped to Australia in the past and recently shipped to both China and Brazil. Any idea as to how I can resolve this issue so that I can complete this sale? Thanks in advance.

OP2 years agoThanks so much for your help. The eBay item number is 314967196985. I typically use eBay International and have successfully sold international before. I never ship direct to the buyers. I have cancelled this sale with the buyer because of the shipping issue, but would appreciate any feedback you could provide. I'm always trying to get better at eBay selling and understanding. Thanks again!

Mentor2 years agoWhat is the item number, so we can check if you are using ebay International Shipping, or if you are shipping directly to the buyer.
