Shipment says delivered from France to USA overnight. This was on the 26th. NO ITEM.
I bought a model car from France. I live in the USA. It says it was shipped on the 25th of November, and then delivered on the 26th of November. It says “delivered†to my address on eBay. I told the seller I received nothing. I opened a case. The seller messaged me saying I will eventually get a new package. That was last week. And today, eBay says the seller contacted them, and they have now closed the case (which I opened), and they won’t refund me. I don’t have any package, and the seller won’t communicate with me. Was this a scam? I launched an appeal. How does it say the package was delivered overnight from France, and I never got anything.
