Shipment Returned by FedEx Unable to Deliver
Recently I had a customer from Saipan purchase from me. eBay provided FedEx Smartpost as the only shipping option available for me to use so I purchased the label and dropped it off at a drop box. Fast forward two weeks it’s reached California and now FedEx is mailing it back as unable to deliver. Will eBay reimburse me for shipping since their system allowed the purchase to go through even though there are no methods of shipping there from the US? (I’m not enrolled in international shipping)
